i’m pissed after reading the latest post from Jeremy … it seems that our favorite car tv show on the planet - Top Gear - will continue going down the drain the same way MTV did (it doesn’t show much music those days … ).

“All these people want to know why there aren’t two or three proper car tests a week. And not car tests where I drive around shouting “poweeeeer”, but proper ones done by James where every nut, bolt and torque is taken out and examined.

(…) And I’d love to oblige. I’d love to spend the day hooning around in a 599 or a lightweight Gallardo. I’d love to make those cars live for you on the screen. It’d be great.”

As he explains … TV those days is running scared & tries to make every last penny they can … before “iTV” (youtubes alike) kills them all together?

While i understand “business”, i’m very dissapointed with Clarkson, who was the last hope of the “no bullsh*t” / “my way or the highway” car reviewer! (if not the only …) well … everyone gets old it seems … | Read the whole article here.
